2025 YKS NEW REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT

ABOUT WOMEN OVER 34 YEARS OLD

Those who are placed in a higher education program by taking advantage of the quota reserved for women who have completed the age of 34 in 2025-YKS registration procedures, those who are found to have graduated from any undergraduate program and those who are found to have graduated from an associate degree program for those placed in associate degree programs will not be registered by the relevant higher education institution. These candidates will lose all rights arising from the placement.

1. THOSE WHO WANT TO REGISTER ELECTRONICALLY VIA E-GOVERNMENT

2025 Students who are placed in the programs of our University with ÖSYS will be able to register via e-government between 1-3 September 2025.

Online registration is not compulsory for the student but optional.
Candidates who want to register online will be able to log in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr with their e-government passwords and register from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education section.
Students who register via e-government do not need to come to our University for registration.

2. THOSE WHO WILL REGISTER AT UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION PLACES (September 1-5, 2025)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION AT REGISTRATION PLACES:

High school diploma or graduation certificate (For control purposes)
For male students over 28 years of age, a Military Status Certificate to be obtained from the military service branches
For our students who have won the Erbaa Vocational School Private Security and Protection Program: 2025 STUDENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM (ÖSYS) HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND PLACEMENTS GUIDE 's special conditions numbered 2, he / she must come to the relevant registration place in person and make his / her final registration.
For our students who won the Niksar Vocational School Civil Defense and Firefighting Program: 2025 STUDENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM (ÖSYS) HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND PLACEMENTS GUIDE 's special condition number 9, he / she must come to the relevant registration place in person and make his / her final registration.

3. STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT GRADUATED AS OF THE REGISTRATION DATE

Candidates who have the right to enroll in a higher education program but who are at the graduation stage in secondary education institutions, associate degree programs or undergraduate programs and who will take internship, make-up or single course exams will be provisionally enrolled in higher education institutions on September 1 - 5, 2025. If these candidates submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution until December 31, 2025, their actual registration will be made. The provisional registrations of those who do not certify that they have graduated by this date will be deleted and the registration of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their provisional registrations on the specified dates will not be made.

Those who are at the graduation stage among open education high school students will be provisionally registered to higher education institutions on September 1 - 5, 2025. If these candidates submit their certificates of graduation to the higher education institution until January 31, 2025, their actual registration will be made. The provisional registrations of those who do not certify that they have graduated until this date will be deleted and the registrations of the candidates who are in this situation and do not make their provisional registrations on the specified dates will not be made.
